The Mind of Love
The word is Bodhichitta and the idea is simple: LOVE. Basic daily practices help us cultivate thoughts so consistently loving that our view of self, others, and the world is transformed. Our actions follow naturally.
In these four sessions, we’ll explore our innate capacity to nurture The Mind of Love with our whole being. Our emphasis is on seeing the beauty in every day life.
This training is basic to every spiritual tradition, yet this approach has a freshness and practicality that you might really like. The Mind of Love is like a foundation stone – something we can count on day by day.
Come strengthen your wholeheartedness, resilience and creativity in a fun, interactive, atmosphere. No previous study required.
